TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Students/tutees will be given a start and end date (bracket dates).

2. A notification of your account/payable will be sent and needs to be settled at the beginning of every period.

3. Sembreak and Official Holidays are excluded in the computation. Unexpected suspensions/cancellations will be scheduled on Saturdays.

4. FOR ACAD: Students/tutees must follow the required number of hours set per period. In case of absences due to a valid reason, we will give consideration to consume the payments made within the current paid period only, depending on the availability of the slot and the teacher; otherwise forfeited.

5. FOR LCC: Little Cognitians must follow the required number of hours set per period. We will provide lesson handouts/worksheets in case of absences.

6. Payments are non-refundable.

7. In case you wish to end the tutorial, 1 month notification before the desired date is required.

8. Slots are on a First Come First Served basis.
